Chairman & Founder
She is an entrepreneur, by profession, based in Pandua, Hooghly who is adamant about building a sustainable future for all through Neawt and leave no one behind. She is described as an one-woman army by many. She has broken through ‘the glass ceiling’ and redefined the matriarchal system known to our society. She believes in working hard and being honest. She has been running multiple successful businesses for a decade.
Satyajit Mandal
Vice-Chairman
He is a GST consultant, by profession who has prior experience as an external monitor for National Polio Surveillance Project(NPSP) under World Health Organisation(WHO). He has a passion about helping eager underprivileged kids and provide them a safe space to grow and blossom through NEAWT. He is based out of Khanyan, Hooghly.
Rani Karmakar
Secretary
She is a Chef by profession, studied with Economics and has work experience in versatile fields. She is determined to explore the creative minds of our community and inspire everyone to become the best versions of themselves.
Arghya Samanta
Treasurer
He is tech genius and versatile man who acts as treasurer and creative visualizer for our projects and programmes. He has a wish to work towards motivating people of all ages to do more and reach their potentials and beyond. He is from Kurchi village of Katwa, Purba Barddhaman. He is also a member of an educational society called Sagnik sanskriti chakra. For his day job, he works as Executive accounting manager and is also working on his share market startup called Make Money Ever(MME).
Aparna Karmakar

She is a creative individual hailing from Pandua, Hooghly. She firmly believes in access and equal opportunities for all. With this guiding spirit, she offers insight into developing our curriculums and deciding on key focus areas for our initiatives. By profession, she specializes in marketing and has a keen interest in evolving digital markets.
Sushobhan Mallik
Trustee
He has an altruistic soul, who has a natural inclination towards helping people. He supervises and helps in executing our awareness programs. Born and brought up in Pandua, Hooghly in the South of West Bengal. He works as a Senior Operations Manager in a trading company.
